1. Eligibility and Registration
- Only registered businesses and legally authorized individuals are eligible to use TricPay’s B2B services.
- Complete and valid KYC documentation must be submitted.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information shared.
2. Scope of Services
TricPay provides the following services to its partners:
- AEPS: Cash withdrawal, balance inquiry, and mini statement using biometric verification.
- BBPS: Utility bill payments including electricity, water, gas, and telecom.
- Recharge: Mobile and DTH recharge for major providers.
- Fund Transfer: IMPS/NEFT/UPI-based transfers.
- DMT: Instant bank transfers across India.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and account data.
- Unauthorized access or system misuse will result in suspension.
- Users must comply with legal and regulatory standards.
4. Fees, Charges, and Commission
- Service fees are defined in onboarding or agreement documents.
- TricPay may revise charges with prior notice.
- Non-payment may lead to service suspension.
5. Settlement and Refund Policy
- Settlements follow agreed timelines (e.g., T+1 business days).
- Refunds are subject to partner confirmation.
- Report disputes within 72 hours.
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
- User data is encrypted and protected.
- TricPay doesn’t share or sell personal/business data.
- APIs and credentials must be used responsibly.

7. Suspension or Termination
- Breach of terms, fraud, or KYC issues may lead to termination.
- Remaining balances are settled post-verification.
8. Limitation of Liability
- TricPay isn’t responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for third-party downtime or failures.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
